Our History
Founded in 1972
TA Corporation traces its origins to 1972, making it one of Singapore's longer-established property and construction groups. Our principal construction arm, Tiong Aik Construction Pte Ltd, was formally incorporated in 1979 and has since accumulated a track record of over 40 years in the Singapore construction industry.
The company was listed on the Singapore Exchange (SGX) Mainboard on November 21, 2011, under the ticker symbol PA3. This listing marked a significant milestone in our journey, allowing us to expand our operations and reach new markets across Southeast Asia.
